Our solution also offers the option of creating and managing projects and special topics. All projects or special topics are shown to you on an overview page; these can be edited individually from there or new ones can be created. One of our speical features is the escalation process. For example, employees can add an escalation tag. The employee select the escalation tag and enters an employee to be escalated and a Teams message is automatically sent to the person and the project is escalated.
